The ifs School of Finance is a leading provider of financial education.
A vacancy has arisen in our Further Education Student Support Team, for a position dealing with a wide range of queries from corporate customers relating to the services and products offered by the ifs.
The post holder will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for all corporate customers that undertake or are interested in the ifs' Further Education (FE) qualifications. This will involve processing all student registrations, maintaining financial records and providing support and guidance to corporate contacts. The post holder will also be responsible for key corporate accounts and will need to ensure a high level of service is provided.

You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work within set procedures whilst being innovative to meet customer needs. Other attributes that are essential to this role are the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Ideally the successful applicant will have a good understanding and knowledge of the ifs' qualifications.

The ifs School of Finance is a leading provider of financial education. It is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join a team that devises, implements and monitors strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across all ifs activities, products and services.
The ifs School of Finance educational offering consists of qualifications from GCSE to degree level for consumers in the UK and finance professionals the world over. The marketing department is a key strategic and operational function that undertakes a wide spectrum of marketing activities including display advertising, direct mail, copy writing, sales support, literature production and events.
Key aspects of the role are the creation of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plans to meet agreed promotional objectives, the effective implementation of these plans and the monitoring and measurement of responses and ROI to inform future activity.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of the marketing communications mix and be an excellent verbal and written communicator. They will understand the design and print process, have strong analytical skills and the enthusiasm, drive and initiative to achieve challenging goals in a dynamic environment.
